Client Terms Of Agreement

Thank you for you for choosing to become a customer of Waterfront Portfolio with regards to your interest with purchasing a property. We are delighted to be working with you and are looking forward to providing complete support with finding you your new property. It is the policy of our business that a ‘New Client Registration’ is completed by all our new customers. These terms and conditions transparently set out our terms of engagement. Please read through and make sure you understand the scope of our work that we shall undertake during our business relationship


If the terms are acceptable, please check the box on our online client registration form to indicate your acceptance. Please contact your waterfront portfolio agent immediately if you do not understand, or wish to discuss, any aspect of the terms of this engagement.


Purpose and Scope

The engagement of Waterfront Portfolio is to provide all registered clients with the following:

  • Professional property finding service to source potential properties available for purchase.

  • Arrangement of chaperoned viewings of all shortlisted properties locally in your area of interest.

  • Full support with negotiation of price and terms of sale with all vendors of shortlisted properties.

  • Introduction to a highly reputable legal attorney specialized with property sales to foreign buyers.

  • Introduction to a professional firm specialized with Citizenship by Investment + passport application support.


Subject to any agreement to the contrary, the work is limited to the above services noted, however further services can be provided upon agreement including support with furnishing, renovation, property development and construction.


Waterfront Portfolio will ensure that all products/services are provided in accordance within an agreed time-frame to a professional standard.  We will be working closely with you and our team to find you the perfect property.  Our team of real estate experts are highly skilled, experienced and dedicated to assisting our customers throughout the property acquisition process during which time we promise to work with 100% transparency and professionalism by ensuring that you have access to all properties for sale within our remit and all information necessary to make an informed decision.


In return for our services and for the success of this business engagement, as a registered client you are responsible for providing information regarding the type of properties he wishes to purchase together with any links to properties of interest seen online so that we can complete our due diligence to ensure that they are safe to purchase before providing full details for review. As a registered client you agree to use Waterfront Portfolio as your agent to source properties on your behalf enabling us to communicate with transparency with owners/representatives/co-brokers of properties and permit Waterfront Portfolio to register your name (including associates, family members, and spouses, as a registered client of Waterfront Portfolio to ensure that we receive payment of commission with the vendors for our work outlined within this agreement.

Although Waterfront Portfolio has access to a host of properties listed for sale world-wide you agree to advise us of any further properties that you may have seen online which we have not introduced so that we can include these in a shortlist for private viewing. There are no additional costs to you for any of our services other than the standard rate of commission charged in your country of purchase. For more information regarding the rate of commission in your chosen country please ask your waterfront portfolio agent. Please note that in many countries realtor commission is paid by the seller and as such in this scenario we will not seek commission from you as the buyer. We only require that you channel all enquiries for property through Waterfront Portfolio to avoid any claims by other agents.

In some cases, property vendors may request a verifiable proof of funds and letter of intent before accepting an offer to purchase and it will be the responsibility of the buyer to provide this documentation if they wish to pursue the property.

Period of Engagement

This engagement will start upon acceptance of the terms of engagement noted by execution of becoming a registered client and shall remain active for an initial period of 12 months automatically renewed unless a letter of termination has been received giving 2 months’ notice. 



In conducting this engagement, information acquired by us during the engagement is subject to strict confidentiality requirements. This information will not be disclosed by us to other parties except as required or allowed for by law, or with your express consent.
